Community and stakeholder engagement is an important component of the project and ultimately the development of the Resilience Action Plan. Refer to this page regularly for announcements and updates on future meetings.
Why it Matters:
This plan will be used to identify natural hazards on the Lake Superior coast, and guide local policies to protect our homes, businesses, camps, infrastructure, and the natural environment from hazards such as flooding, erosion, wave uprush, and severe storms.
What to Expect:
- Project overview and status update
- Presentation of preliminary analyses and results
- Discussion of next steps
- Opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback
